Dr. Yogendra Kumar
Yogendra Kumar was born in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Yogendra received his B. Sc. and M. Sc. degrees from Choudhary Charan Singh University,
He received his Ph. D. in organic chemistry at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India in Dr P. Mukhopadhyay’s group.
Yogendra worked in designing and synthesizing π-conjugated electron-deficient molecules, stable organic radical anions and dianions, and studying their semiconducting and magnetic
properties. Then, He joined the group of Prof. M. Stepien at the University of Wroclaw, Wroclaw, Poland as a post-doctoral fellow, where he worked on the synthesis and
studies of Polycyclic
Later, Yogendra worked with Prof. H. Kim at the Korea Institute of Energy Research, Daejeon, South Korea as a post-doctoral fellow, where he worked on the synthesis one dimensional and two-dimensional metal-organic framework (1D & 2D MOF) and did their electrochemical studies.
Currently, Yogendra is working with Prof. M. Noked group at Bar-Ilan University, Israel. He is working in the field of magnesium ion batteries.
